乡村振兴战略下农村卫生服务与农村经济发展耦合协调研究

摘　　要：目的:对农村卫生服务和农村经济发展的耦合协调程度进行评价,为提高农村卫生服务能力、促进农村经济发展、实现乡村振兴提供参考。方法:本研究以29个省市自治区数据为研究样本,引入耦合协调度模型对农村卫生服务和农村经济发展的综合水平和耦合协调程度进行实证研究。结果:2010-2019年,农村卫生服务和农村经济发展的耦合度(C)由0.3580增长至1.000,同比增长179.32%;耦合协调度(D)由0.1660增长至0.9950,同比增长499.39%。结论:农村卫生服务与农村经济发展的耦合度呈曲折上升,耦合协调程度在时间上呈阶段式变化;各省市自治区农村卫生服务与农村经济发展综合水平呈两极化趋势,集中于“双高型”和“双低型”。Objective:To evaluate the degree of coupling coordination between rural health services and rural economic development,and provide reference for improving the ability of rural health services,promoting rural economic development and realizing rural revitalization.Methods:Based on the data of 29 provinces and autonomous regions,this study introduced the coupling coordination model to conduct an empirical study on the comprehensive level and coupling coordination degree of rural health services and rural economic development.Results:From 2010 to 2019,the coupling degree between rural health services and rural economic development increased from 0.3580 to 1.000,with a year-on-year increase of 179.32%.The degree of coupling coordination increased from 0.1660 to 0.9950,with a year-on-year increase of 499.39%.Conclusion:The results showed that the degree of coupling coordination between rural health services and rural economy changed in stages and aggregated in space.And the comprehensive level of rural health services and rural economic development showed a trend of polarization,focusing on"double high"and"double low".
