摘　　要：目的:探讨社会心理状况、代际情感支持在老年人主观社会经济地位与其抑郁症状之间的作用,为减少老年人抑郁症状的产生以及精准促进老年人的心理健康提供参考。方法:数据来源为2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据,以6880名老年人作为研究对象,通过结构方程模型分析老年人主观社会经济地位与其抑郁症状之间的关系,同时利用Bootstrap法检验中介效应。结果:社会心理状况、代际情感支持在老年人主观社会经济地位与其抑郁症状之间起中介作用(P<0.001),其中介效应值分别为0.098和0.027。老年人的主观社会经济地位对其抑郁症状的直接效应没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:老年人的主观社会经济地位可通过其社会心理状况及代际情感支持的中介作用对其抑郁症状产生影响,建议从政府、农村/社区、个人3个层面来改善老年人的社会心理状况,通过加强代际情感互动来增强代际情感支持。Objective:To explore the effect of social-psychological status and intergenerational emotional support between the subjective socioeconomic status and depressive symptoms among older adults,so as to provide references for relieving depressive symptoms in the elderly and accurately promoting mental health of the elderly.Methods:6880 older adults were taken as research objects in the China family panel studies in 2018.The structural equation modeling was used to analyze the relationship between the subjective socioeconomic status and depressive symptoms among older adults,and the Bootstrap method was used to test the mediating effect.Results:There were mediating effects of social-psychological status and intergenerational emotional support between the subjective socioeconomic status and depressive symptoms among the elderly(P<0.001),and the mediating effect values were 0.098 and 0.027 respectively.The direct effect of the subjective socioeconomic status of the elderly on their depressive symptoms was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The influence between the subjective socioeconomic status and depressive symptoms among the elderly can be explained through social-psychological status and intergenerational emotional support.It is suggested to improve the social-psychological status of the elderly based on the three levels of government,rural area/community and individuals,and enhance the intergenerational emotional support by strengthening the intergenerational emotional interactions.
