烟台市莱山区中小学校外培训机构采光照明的现状分析

摘　　要：目的通过对近几年莱山区中小学校外培训机构采光照明的现状进行分析,找出莱山区中小学校外培训机构采光照明存在的问题,为学生视力不良防控工作提供参考依据。方法参照《中小学校教室采光和照明卫生标准》(GB7793-2010)、《采光测量方法》(GB/T5699-2008)、《照明测量方法》(GB/T5700-2008)和《中小学校设计规范》(GB50099-2011)等关于中小学教室采光要求和照明要求,对收集的数据进行汇总、分析、梳理。结果2019、2021两年共抽检了19家中小学校外培训机构,其中窗地面积比、室内表面反射比合格率为68.42%,课桌面照度合格率为73.68%,黑板照度合格率最低,仅为63.16%,其他监测项目合格率在80%左右。结论莱山区中小学校外培训机构存在采光照明合格率偏低的现象。莱山区中小学校外培训机构的采光照明、用眼卫生的卫生监督监管工作需要有所创新,采取更加有效的方法,对莱山区中小学校外培训机构的采光照明进行有效监管。Objective To analyze the current situation of daylighting and lighting of training institutions outside primary and secondary schools in Laishan District in recent years,to find out the problems of daylighting and lighting in training institutions outside schools in Laishan District,to provide students with the prevention and control of poor eyesight reference.Methods Referring to information on the daylighting requirements and lighting requirements of primary and secondary school classrooms in Hygienic Standards for Daylighting and Lighting in Primary and Secondary Schools(GB7793-2010),Daylighting Measurement Methods(GB/T5699-2008),Lighting Measurement Methods(GB/T5700-2008)and School Design for Primary and Secondary Schools Standards(GB50099-2011),the collected data were summarized,analyzed and sorted.Results A total of 17 out-of-school training institutions were sampled in 2019 and 2021.Among them,the pass rate of window-to-ground area ratio and indoor surface reflectance was 68.42%,the pass rate of class desk illuminance was 73.68%,blackboard illuminance was the lowest,only 63.16%,and the qualification rates of other monitoring projects were about 80%.Conclusion The qualification rate of daylighting and lighting is low in the training institutions outside the primary and secondary schools in Laishan District.The daylighting and lighting of off-school training institution s in Laishan District need to be innovative,and new models and methods should be found to effectively supervise the daylighting and lighting of off-school training institutions in Laishan District.
