摘　　要：大型真菌在维持生态系统稳定和为人类提供经济价值方面都具有重要作用。通过实地调查贵州省绥阳县的大型真菌资源,结合形态学和ITS序列证据对采集到的标本进行鉴定,共鉴定出大型真菌144种,隶属2门6纲13目42科81属,并查阅相关文献资料,对该县大型真菌物种资源作出评价。Macrofungi play an important role in maintaining ecosystem stability and providing economic value to human beings.In this paper,the macrofungi resources in Suiyang County were investigated on-the-spot,and the collected samples were identified combined with morphological and its sequence evidence.The value of macrofungi species resources in Suiyang County was evaluated by consulting relevant literature.The results showed that there were 144 species of macrofungi in Suiyang County,belonging to 2 phylum,6 classes,13 orders,42 families and 81 genera.
