激光闭合联合硬化剂注射用于大隐静脉曲张治疗的疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨激光闭合与硬化剂注射配合治疗大隐静脉曲张治疗的疗效。方法本研究选取2018年10月至2021年3月新密市中医院普外科74例大隐静脉曲张患者按随机数字表法分组,基础组采取高位结扎剥脱术(37例),研究组患者开展激光腔内闭合术+硬化剂注射治疗方案(37例),比较两组患者围术期指标、血清炎症因子水平、不良事件发生情况及生活质量。结果研究组患者切口数量、术中出血量均少于基础组,其切口总长度及手术、住院时间均短于基础组;研究组患者术后血清白介素-2、白介素-6及肿瘤细胞因子等炎症指标含量低于基础组;研究组患者术后生活质量各项评分均高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论激光闭合与硬化剂注射配合方案开展后,能够改善大隐静脉曲张患者围术期指标,并降低其血清炎症因子水平,且安全性良好,有助于患者住院生活质量提升。Objective To investigate the effect of laser closure combined with hardener injection in the treatment of varicose saphenous vein.Methods A total of 74 patients with varicose saphenous vein were selected from the General Department of Surgery of Xinmi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to March 2021.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The basic group received high ligation and stripping(37 cases),and the research group received laser endovascular closure+hardener injection(37 cases).Perioperative indicators,serum inflammatory factors,adverse events and quality of life of two groups were compared.Results The number of incisions and intraoperative blood loss in the study group were less than those in the basic group,and the total length of incisions,operation and hospital stay were shorter than those in the basic group.The serum levels of interleukin-2,interleukin-6 and tumor cytokines in the study group were lower than those in the basic group.The scores of postoperative quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of laser closure and sclerotherapy injection can improve perioperative indicators of patients with varicose great saphenous vein,and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,with good safety,and contribute to the improvement of patients'quality of life in hospital.
