摘 要:目的探讨健康教育个性化—应急管理细节化—感染管理规范化—安全教育深入化的护理模式在普通型手足口病患儿家属中的应用价值。方法选取郑州市第九人民医院收治的106例普通型手足口病家属(2019年1月至2021年1月)作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=53)与观察组(n=53)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予健康教育个性化—应急管理细节化—感染管理规范化—安全教育深入化的护理模式。对比两组患儿康复进程(疱疹消退时间、退热时间、住院时间)、干预前、干预1周后护理质量、家属健康知识掌握度、患儿并发症(脑炎、心肌炎、肺水肿)及家属护理满意度。结果观察组患儿疱疹消退时间、退热时间、住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05);干预1周后,观察组护理质量、家属健康知识掌握度评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患儿并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组家属护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论健康教育个性化—应急管理细节化—感染管理规范化—安全教育深入化的护理模式可缩短普通型手足口病患儿康复进程,提高护理质量及家属健康知识掌握度,降低患儿并发症发生率,促进预后恢复,缩短治疗时间,从而增强家属护理满意度。Objective To explore the application value of the nursing model of individualized health education-detailed emergency management-standardized infection management-intensive safety education in family members of children with common hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods A total of 106 family members of common hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to our hospital(from January 2019 to January 2021)were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(n=53)and the observation group(n=53)according to the time of admission).The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given the nursing model of individualized health education-detailed emergency management-standardized infection management-intensive safety education on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation progress(time of herpes subsidence,fever reduction,hospitalization time),nursing quality before intervention and 1 week after intervention,mastery of family members'health knowledge,children's complications(encephalitis,myocarditis,pulmonary edema)and family care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The herpes subsidence time,fever reduction time and hospitalization time of children in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);After 1 week of intervention,the scores of nursing quality and family health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the families in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing mode of individualized health education-detailed emergency management-standardized infection management-intensive safety education can shorten the rehabilitation process of children with common hand-foot-mouth disease,improve the quality of nursing and the mastery of health knowledge of family members,and reduce the complication rate,promo
