摘  要:TaGW2基因是控制籽粒性状的基因。本研究旨在将大粒亲本YM8679在6A染色体上的粒重增效TaGW2基因(AA)导入到JM22中(aa),研究该基因在JM22背景下的遗传效应。本研究通过常规回交育种和结合分子标记辅助选择(MAS)方法,通过SSR带型结合籽粒表型判断TaGW2基因是否导入且稳定性表达。结果如下:对211个单株进行检测后发现,带有YM8679AA基因型有25个单株,带有aa基因型的186个单株;带有AA基因型的平均千粒重显著高于带有aa基因型的平均千粒重,说明YM8679的TaGW2基因已导入JM22。籽粒表型相关分析表明,在冬播环境下,千粒重与粒长和粒宽均呈极显著正相关。相对于粒长性状,粒宽与千粒重的相关系数更大,TaGW2基因影响千粒重主要通过影响粒宽来实现。It is known that TaGW2 gene controls grain traits. This study was to introduce the TaGW2 gene(AA) of the large-grain parent YM8679 on chromosome 6A into JM22(aa) and to investigate the genetic effects of this gene in the background of JM22. Through conventional backcross breeding and molecular marker-assisted selection(MAS) method, whether the TaGW2 gene was introduced and stably expressed was determined by SSR band pattern combined with grain phenotype. It was found that there were 25 individual plants with AA genotype of TaGW2with YM8679 and 186 individual plants with aa genotype in 211 individual plants. The average thousand-grain weight with AA genotype was significantly higher than that with aa genotype.The average 1,000-grain weight of the aa genotype indicated that the TaGW2 gene of YM8679had been introduced into JM22. Correlation analysis of grain phenotypes showed that under the winter sowing environment, the 1,000-grain weight and grain length and width were all significantly positively correlated. Compared with grain length traits, the correlation coefficient between grain width and the 1000-grain weight was greater. TaGW2 gene affected 1000-grain weight mainly by affecting grain width.
