摘 要:对低定量再生原纸表面施胶应用,采用自制的改性纳米微晶纤维素(CONCC)与木薯氧化淀粉制备表面施胶液,CONCC添加量为淀粉质量的0.05 wt%~0.2 wt%,原纸表面施胶温度60℃。结果显示:淀粉施胶液体系中添加CON CC能提高原纸的耐折度、抗张强度和抗水性;8 wt%木薯氧化淀粉溶液基体与占木薯淀粉质量比0.1 wt%的CONCC协同制备的施胶液,相比于淀粉施胶效果,再生原纸施胶后纵、横向耐折度分别提高了16.7%和43.6%、抗张强度增强了24.5%、伸长率降低了37.1%、30s Cobb降低14.5%。研究结果表明,再生原纸在经组合绿色高分子CONCC/木薯氧化淀粉表面施胶后,其力学性能和抗水性明显增强,应用性能改善。Recycled unsized paper with low base weight was selected as the research object of surface sizing, modified nanomicrocrystalline cellulose(CONCC) and oxidized cassava starch were used to prepare the surface sizing solution, with CONCC dosage being 0.05 wt%-0.2 wt% of starch, the base paper was treated at the surface sizing temperature of 60℃.The results indicated that loading CONCC into starch sizing liquid could improve the folding resistance, tensile strength and water resistance of base paper. Compared with the effect of starch sizing, the sizing solution prepared with a concentration of 8% cassava oxidized starch solution and CONCC added with a mass ratio of 0.1 wt% cassava starch increased the MD and CD folding resistance of recycled base paper by 16.7% and 43.6% respectively, enhanced tensile strength by 24.5%, reduced elongation by 37.1%, and reduced 30 s Cobb by 14.5%. The results showed that the mechanical properties and water resistance of recycled base paper were enhanced and its application performance was improved after the surface sizing of CONCC/cassava oxidized starch.
