摘 要:介绍了高效IC厌氧反应器处理造纸废水的工程案例。通过运行原理、工程设计、工程调试及连续稳定运行后考察了其出水效果。结果表明:该反应器容积负荷高,耐冲击负荷能力强,反应器故障少,操作更为简便,厌氧出水水质好且菌体污泥含量少。在稳定运行条件下COD的去除率达77.08%,沼气产量稳定,达到了设计目标。An engineering case of high efficiency IC anaerobic reactor for treating papermaking wastewater was introduced. Its effluent effect was investigated through operating principle, engineering design, engineering commissioning and continuous and stable operation.The results showed that the reactor has high volume load, strong impact load resistance, fewer reactor failures, easier operation, good anaerobic effluent water quality and low bacterial sludge content. After stable operation, the COD removal rate reached to 77.08%, and the biogas output was stable, reaching the design standard and achieving good social, economic and environmental benefits.
