防锈包装原纸生产过程关键点控制

摘　　要：通过对生产过程中浆料的选用、生产用水来源和湿强剂用量等关键点进行控制,对防锈包装原纸的关键生产技术予以介绍。工艺优化后纸张吸水性135 g/m^(2),湿抗张指数横向10.7 N.m/g、纵向16.4 N.m/g,氯离子含量为141 mg/kg。生产工艺可行,且产品性能满足客户需求,可进行连续生产。In order to product the anti-rust packaging paper which can meet the needs of customers, this paper were controlled the key points such as the selection of size, the source of water used in production and the adding amount of wet strength agent. Performance of products were improved obviously. Water absorption of paper is 135 g/m^(2), the wet tensile index in cross direction is 10.7 N·m/g, the wet tensile index in machine direction is 16.4 N·m/g and the content of chloride ion is 141 mg/kg. The production technology is feasible and it could be carried on the continuous production. The product performance meets the customer demand.
