摘 要:通过实验对比不同浓度下打浆对装饰原纸亮度及遮盖力性能的影响。实验结果表明在中浓磨浆条件下漂白阔叶木浆纤维扭结程度上升、分丝帚化程度较好,钛白粉等填料与纤维的结合程度上升,对于填料在纤维上的吸附与排布均起到明显改善作用。Experiments were conducted to compare the effects of different refining consistency on brightness and hiding power of the decorative base paper. The results showed that under mediumconsistency refining conditions, the degree of kinking of bleached hardwood pulp fibers increases, and the degree of fibrillation is better, and the degree of bonding between fillers such as titanium dioxide and fibers is increased, and the adsorption and arrangement of fillers on the fibers are more significantly improved.
