球孢白僵菌产孢条件优化研究

摘　　要：采用单因素及正交试验对球孢白僵菌菌剂产孢条件进行研究。结果表明:球孢白僵菌菌剂适宜的培养基配方为米糠83%+麦麸14%、葡萄糖1.5%、蛋白胨1%、K;H PO;0.5%、CaSO;1.5%;适宜的培养条件为温度26℃,空气相对湿度85%~90%。在此条件下进行培养,球孢白僵菌菌剂产孢量及孢子萌发量最高。本研究为球孢白僵菌菌剂的生产及开发提供参考。The culture conditions of Beauveria bassiana agent were optimized by singlefactor and orthogonal test.The results showed that the suitable medium formula for Beauveria bassiana agent were rice bran 83%and wheat bran 14%,glucose 1.5%,peptone 1%,K;HPO;0.5%,Ca SO;1.5%.The optimum culture temperature was 26℃and the relative humidity of the air was 85%-90%.Under this condition the number of spores produced by the Beaureria bassiana agent was the largest.This experiment provides a basis for the development of Beauveria bassiana.
