摘  要:吉林省是农业大省,充分发挥吉林省科技、教育和人力资源优势,培养乡村振兴所需人才。农村经纪人的出现已经成为农民增收致富的“催化剂”,更需要加大培训,使其成为农民致富的好帮手。农业产业基地、专业合作社所需人才,新型职业农民的培养,更是乡村振兴发展的助推挤。所以,乡村振兴离不开高等职业教育的人才支撑,高等职业教育的人才培养,需要将新技术、新工艺、新规范纳入高等职业院校的教学标准和教学内容,贴近企业生产实际,与产业发展紧密对接,为乡村振兴、为企业发展提供服务。Jilin Province,as a large agricultural province,gives full play to Jilin Province’s advantages of science and technology,education and human resources,and promotes the cultivation of talents required for rural revitalization.The emergence of rural brokers has become a“catalyst”for farmers to increase their income and get rich,and it is more necessary to increase training to make them a good helper for farmers to get rich.Agricultural industry base and professional cooperatives need talents,and the training of new types of professional farmers also promote the rural revitalization and development.Therefore,the revitalization of the countryside cannot be separated from the talent support from the higher vocational education.The training of talents of higher vocational education need to incorporate new technology,techniques,and norms into the teaching standards and teaching content of higher vocational colleges,which takes the actual production of enterprises,and the industrial development into consideration,so as to serve the rural revitalization and enterprises.
