长江经济带典型污泥处理厂工艺介绍及运行特性分析

摘　　要：长江经济带污泥处理厂普遍存在进泥有机质含量低、厌氧消化产能不高、产物出路受阻的问题。安徽省六安市污泥处理厂作为第一批长江大保护污泥项目,通过系统介绍该厂厌氧消化和太阳能干化处理工艺,详细分析了该厂在一期工程运行中存在的具体问题和二期工程做出的工艺改进。对近两年污泥处理厂的运行情况进行了分析研究,并对关键性运行指标出现的异常情况,提出了相应的改进措施。The sludge treatment plants in the Changjiang River Economic Zone generally have the problems,such as low organic matter content in the incoming sludge,low anaerobic digestion capacity and blocked outlet of sludge.Lu’an sludge treatment plant in Anhui province is one of the first batch of Changjiang River sludge protection projects.this article systematically introduces the plant’s anaerobic digestion and solar drying treatment processes,and analyzes in detail the specific aspects of the plant’s operation in the first phase of the project.Problems and process improvements made in the second phase of the project.Analyzed and studied the operation of the sludge treatment plant in the past two years,and proposed corresponding improvement measures for the abnormal conditions of key operation indicators.
