摘 要:“十四五”时期,在全国高等职业教育改革和国家出台民办教育“1+4”法律法规背景下,我国民办高等职业教育发展迎来了新的挑战和机遇。结合浙江民办高校发展的现状,基于SWOT分析,浙江民办高校可根据自身实际情况,选择以下发展战略:抓住机遇、发挥优势的SO战略,抓住机遇、规避劣势的WO战略,发挥优势、减少威胁的ST战略,规避劣势、减少威胁的WT战略。这将有助于推动浙江民办高等职业教育稳定发展。During the 14^(th) five-year plan period,under the background of national higher vocational reform and the issuance of“1+4”laws and regulations on private education,private higher vocational education in China meets the new challenges and opportunities for its development.In combination with the current situation of private universities in Zhejiang province,and based on SWOT analysis,private universities in Zhejiang province may choose the following development strategies according to their own practical conditions:strategy of SO that tries to seize the opportunities and bring its advantages into full play;strategy of WO that tries to seize the opportunities and avoid its disadvantages;strategy of ST that gives full play to its advantages while reducing the threats;and strategy of WT that avoids the disadvantages while reducing the threats.These strategies will contribute to promote the steady development of private higher vocational education in Zhejiang province.
