摘  要:某深沟球轴承在客户使用前即发现外圈端面有凹坑状缺陷,于是采用化学成分分析、金相组织检验及洛氏硬度检验等技术,对该轴承外圈表面凹坑的产生原因进行了分析。结果表明:深沟球轴承外圈端面凹坑为腐蚀坑,腐蚀坑的产生应是制造过程中产品表面粘有腐蚀性介质,形成表面锈蚀,导致轴承表面产生锈蚀凹坑。最后,提出了有针对性的解决方案。A deep groove ball bearing was found to have pit like defects on the outer ring end face before being used by customers.The causes of pits on the outer ring surface were determined by means of chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure examination and Rockwell hardness inspection.The results show that the pits on the end face of the outer ring are corrosion pits.They should be caused by corrosive media adhered to the product surface during the manufacturing process,resulting in surface corrosion,further resulting in corrosion pits on the bearing surface.Finally,a targeted solution is put forward.
