摘　　要：文章以教育部综合类科技查新站为调研对象,通过网络调研法、在线访谈法与实例分析法,梳理其在后疫情时期开展科技查新服务流程的情况,在借鉴各个查新站经验的基础上,设计科技查新系统以优化流程,为提升后疫情时代科技查新服务水平提供参考。Taking the comprehensive sci-tech novelty retrieval station of the Ministry of Education as the research object, this paper combs the situation of its sci-tech novelty retrieval service process in the post-epidemic period through network research method, online interview method and case analysis method. Based on the experience of each novelty retrieval station, this paper designs the sci-tech novelty retrieval system to optimize the process and provide reference for improving the sci-tech novelty retrieval service level in the post-epidemic era.
