摘　　要：图书馆业务数据统计是图书馆管理的一个重要方法,对提升图书馆的服务质量、促进图书馆的发展具有极其重要的作用。文章在调研国内外图书馆数据统计管理研究与实践的基础上,以河海大学图书馆为例,阐述业务数据管理的制度及指标体系,并从工作预警、绩效评估、服务评价等方面介绍了业务数据的应用。最后分析了业务数据统计工作中存在的问题,提出优化方案,为高校图书馆开展业务数据统计管理工作提供参考和借鉴。Library business data statistics is an important method of library management. It plays an extremely important role in improving the service quality of the library and promoting the development of the library. Based on the research and practice of library data statistical management at home and abroad, taking Hohai University Library as an example, this paper expounds the system and index system of business data management, and introduces the application of business data from the aspects of work early warning, performance evaluation and service evaluation.Finally, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the business data statistics, and puts forward the optimization scheme, which provides reference for the university library to carry out the business data statistics management.
