中医辨证治疗对高胆红素血症患儿临床疗效及血清总胆红素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医辨证治疗对新生儿高胆红素血症(NHB)患儿的临床疗效和血清总胆红素水平(TSB)的影响。方法:将118例NHB患儿随机分为对照组(n=59)和观察组(n=59),对照组采用布拉酵母联合光疗治疗,观察组在此基础上给以中医辨证治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(96.61%vs 89.83%);治疗后观察组血清TSB、直接胆红素(DBil)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和非结合胆红素(UCB)水平低于对照组,新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)评分高于对照组,黄疸消失时间、皮肤颜色恢复正常时间、平均住院时间均少于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗对NHB患儿临床疗效显著,可显著降低患儿血清TSB水平,改善临床症状。Objective:To investigate the effect of dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on clinical effect and total serum bilirubin(TSB)level in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia(NHB).Methods:One hundred and eighteen children with NHB were randomly divided into a control group(n=59)and an observation group(n=59).The control group was treated with light therapy combined with Saccharomyces boulardii while the observation group with traditional Chinese medicine besides.Results:The overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(96.61%vs 89.83%).After treatment,the levels of serum TSB,DBIL,TBA,NSE and UCB were lower,the scores of NBNA were higher and the time for jaundice disappearance and skin color recovery and the average hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Dialectical TCM treatment has a significant clinical effect on children with NHB and can significantly reduce the level of serum TSBs and improve clinical signs and symptoms.
