摘 要:纺织服装产品环境影响综合评价可将多维环境影响指标归一为统一的量化指标。比较分析环境损益法、影子价格法、HiggMSI和ReCiPe方法等4种环境影响综合评价方法。结果表明,环境影响归一化表征方法有价值法和评分法两种形式,环境损益法和影子价格法以价值表征环境影响,HiggMSI和ReCiPe方法用评分法表征环境影响;以价值法表征环境影响可以将评价结果纳入企业的经济效益分析,量化企业生产活动造成的环境影响的经济成本;以评分法表征环境影响的方法分为中间点环境影响归一和终点环境影响归一两种途径,ReCiPe方法从终点层面进行环境影响归一,涵盖了更多的环境影响评价指标;环境影响综合评价方法通常只考虑了产品生产和消费对环境产生的负外部影响,构建生产和消费活动的正外部影响的量化和评价方法,可以更加全面地量化和评价产品生命周期的环境表现。Comprehensive evaluation of textile and clothing products can classify multi-dimensional environmental impact index as unified quantitative index.Four comprehensive assessment methods of environmental impact,including en-vironmental profit and loss,shadow price,Higg MSI and ReCiPe method were summarized.The results indicate that there are two forms of single characterization indicators of environmental impacts,value and score.Environmental profit and loss and shadow price represent environmental impacts by value,Higg MSI and ReCiPe method represent environmental impacts by score.The characterization methods of value can incorporate it’s result into the enterprise economic benefit analysis to express the environmental impact cost produced by production activities.The characterization methods of score normalized the environmental impact from the midpoint or endpoint level.ReCiPe method which normalized the impact in endpoint lev-el have covered more evaluation indicators of environmental impact assessment.The comprehensive assessment methods of environmental impact usually only considers the negative external environmental impact of product production and consump tion on the environment,and constructs the quantitative evaluation method of the positive external environmental impact of production and consumption activities,which can more comprehensively quantify and evaluate the environmental perfor-mance of product life cycle.
