摘  要:采用原位生长法在阳离子可染涤纶(CDP)上负载沸石咪唑骨架材料(ZIF-8),制备ZIF-8/CDP功能织物,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)进行表征。以活性黑KN-B染料为降解对象,研究染液初始质量浓度和自由基捕捉剂对ZIF-8/CDP光催化性能的影响。结果表明,染料降解率与染液初始质量浓度成反比,在可见光下活性黑KN-B染料的降解反应符合准一级动力学方程;CDP纤维表面的ZIF-8与可见光的光子反应,产生一系列自由基对活性黑KN-B染料分子进行催化降解,其中产生的h+是使活性黑KN-B染料降解的主要活性物质。功能织物重复使用3次,对活性黑KN-B染料的脱色率分别为91%、84%和69%。Zeolitc imidazolate framework material(ZIF-8)was loaded on cationic-dyeable polyester(CDP)by in-situ growth method to prepare ZIF-8/CDP functional fabric,and the structure of ZIF-8/CDP was characterized by XRD,SEM and ATR-FTIR.Using Reactive Black KN-B as the degradation target,the effects of initial mass concentration of dye solu-tion and free radical scavenger on the photocatalytic performance of ZIF8/CDP were studied.The results show that the dye degradation ratio is inversely proportional to the initial mass concentration of the dye solution.The Reactive Black KN-B degradation reaction is consistent with the quasi-first-order kinetic equation under visible light.ZIF-8 on the surface of CDP fiber reacts with photons of visible light to generate a series of free radicals to catalytically degrade the Reactive Black KN-B molecule,and the resulting h+is the main active species that degrade the Reactive Black KN-B.The degradation rate of the functional fabric reused three times is 91%,84%and 69%,respectively.
