摘　　要：近些年,含氨纶的化纤针织面料得到蓬勃发展。缩水率和弹性是其重要的品质指标,如果织物缩水率和弹性不合格,会影响织物的性能和使用寿命。含氨纶弹力针织面料的缩水率和弹性除了与织物的纤维材料和织造结构有直接关系外,还与氨纶质量分数、染整加工、纤维受热条件、纱线摩擦等有密切关系。实际生产应该从纱线选择、织造工艺和染整工艺等方面进行规范。In recent years,synthetic fiber knitted fabrics containing spandex have developed vigorously.Shrink and elasticity are their important qualities indexes.If the shrinkage and elasticity of the fabric are not qualified,it will affect the performance and service life of the fabric.The shrinkage and elasticity of spandex elastic knitted fabric are not only directly related to the fiber material and fabric structure,but also closely related to the spandex content,dyeing and finishing,fiber heating conditions,yarn friction,and so on.The production should be regulated from the aspects of yarn selection,weaving and dyeing and finishing.
