摘  要:分析了电加热定形机的结构形式和电加热金属管的构造,探讨了电加热定形机的优点(售价低、操作维修方便)和缺点(运行成本昂贵)。研究了远红外线定向辐射器加热定形机的关键技术和结构,讨论了远红外线辐射器的常用结构类型:乳白石英管与远红外线定向辐射器。总结了远红外线定向辐射器加热定形机的优点(运行费用便宜、升温速度快)和缺点(售价较高)。最后介绍了热定形机排放废气的余热回收利用装置和有机废气处理装置。The structure of the electric heating setting machine and the structure of the electric heating metal tube were analyzed.The advantages(low price,convenient operation and maintenance)and disadvantages(high operating cost)of the electric heating setting machine was discussed.The key technology and key structure of the far-infrared directional ra-diator heating setting machine were studied,and the common structural types of far-infrared radiators:opal quartz tube and far-infrared directional radiator were was discussed.The advantages(low operating cost,fast heating speed)and disadvan-tages(higher price)of the far-infrared directional radiator heating setting machine were discussed.Finally,the waste heat recovery and utilization device of the exhaust gas from the heat setting machine and the organic waste gas treatment device were introduced.
