城市轨道交通线网规划方案研究

摘　　要：城市轨道交通工程是重大的城市基础设施建设工程,建设及投资规模巨大,因此应在前期进行全面、系统的线网规划,以保证其建设的科学性和合理性。文章以山东省德州市为例,在分析其规划空间布局的基础上,采用改进型四阶段法对城市轨道交通客流进行预测,提出城市轨道交通线网规划原则,并通过从“面”“线”“点”3 方面进行深入分析,制定 3 套线网规划方案;然后,建立多层次、多指标的综合评价数学模型对 3 套方案进行评价,确定其中的最优方案;最后提出先建核心骨架线、再建辅助线的建设时序建议。期待为其他城市的轨道交通线网规划提供参考和借鉴。Urban rail transit project is a major urban infrastructure construction project with huge scale of construction and investment.Therefore,comprehensive and systematic network planning should be carried out in the early stage to ensure logically and optimally planned construction.In this paper,taking Dezhou as an example,on the basis of analyzing its planning space layout,the improved "four-stage method" is used to predict the urban rail transit passenger flow,and the principles of urban rail transit network planning are put forward.In-depth analysis of the three aspects from plane and line to point was carried out,and three network planning schemes were formulated.Next,a multi-level and multi-index comprehensive evaluation mathematical model was established to evaluate the three sets of schemes,and determine the optimal scheme.Finally,it was proposed to build the main lines first and then to build auxiliary branch lines on the construction sequence.This paper looks forward to providing reference and reference for the rail transit network planning of other cities.
