摘 要:针对深部开采情况下地表沉陷预计参数选取困难的问题,以鸡西市某煤矿为例,基于覆岩岩性综合评价指数计算地表沉陷预计参数,分析采空区影响范围对研究区建筑物稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:评价区地表受10个采空区变形的综合影响,沉降最大值达到2 062 mm;评价区建筑物均位于地表沉陷区影响范围之内,西南部民房受地表下沉影响最为严重,沉陷范围介于200~2 062 mm之间;评价区下方10个工作面开采引起的地表移动变形达到稳定状态时,评价区内多数房屋位于Ⅱ、Ⅲ级破坏区,中部房屋受损较为严重,应对Ⅱ、Ⅲ级破坏区域内的建筑提前做加固和抗变形处理。This paper aims to address the difficulty in selecting the predicted parameters of surface subsidence under the condition of deep mining. The scheme is focused on analyzing the influence range of goaf on the stability of buildings in the study area based on calculating the predicted parameters of surface subsidence using the comprehensive evaluation index of overburden lithology by employing a coal mine in Jixi city. The results show that the maximum of the surface settlement in the evaluation area is 2 062 mm affected by the deformation of 10 mined-out zones;the buildings in the evaluation area are all located within the surface subsidence area, in which the residential buildings in the southwest are affected most ranging from 200 to 2 062 mm;when the ground deformation reaches a stable state caused by the mining of the 10 working faces below the evaluation area, most houses in the evaluation area are located in grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ failure area, and the buildings in the middle of the evaluation area are damaged seriously. Therefore, the buildings in the grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ failure area should be strengthened and anti-deformation treated in advance.
