摘 要:为评价复杂老采空区上方工程建设的适宜性,以山东省济宁市某复杂地质采矿条件下采空区上方拟建高层建筑物、大体型建筑物为例,结合现有地质采矿资料,从终采时间、顶板最大破坏高度、建筑荷载影响深度、采空区特征、活化影响因素、残余沉降等多个角度对老采空区场地可建性进行综合评判。研究结果表明:评价区内建(构)筑物将遭受Ⅰ~Ⅱ级的地表残余变形影响,但采空区不存在“活化”可能;在条带开采区域建筑高度不超过20 m、长壁综采区域建筑高度不超过50 m的前提下进行开发建设时,适当采取相应抗变形措施即可保证安全使用。This paper aims to evaluate the suitability of engineering construction above the complex old goaf.The study involves taking the proposed high-rise buildings and large-scale buildings as an example above the goaf under complex geological mining conditions in Jining City,Shandong Province,proposing a comprehensive evaluation of the constructability in old goaf site by consulting the existing geological mining data including the final mining time,the maximum failure height of roof,the influence/influenced depth of building load,the characteristics of goaf,the influencing factors of activation and the residual deformation from multiple angles.The results show that the effects exist from gradeⅠ-Ⅱsurface residual deformation on the buildings(structures)in the evaluation area,but no possibility of"activation"in the goaf;and the safety can be ensured by taking appropriate anti deformation measures to construct buildings given the following conditions:the building height in the strip mining area no more than 20 m and the building height in the longwall fully mechanized mining area within 50 m.
