摘　　要：河北鑫达钢铁集团有限公司高度重视余热、余能的回收利用工作,多年来始终围绕如何对余热、余能最大化回收和利用开展技术改造、课题攻关、运行管理等活动。文中通过对公司余热、余能回收利用实践中取得的效果和不足进行总结分析。Hebei Xinda Iron&Steel Group Co.,Ltd.attaches great importance to the recovery and utilization of waste heat and residual energy.For many years,it has always carried out activities such as technical transformation,research and operation management around how to maximize the recovery and utilization of waste heat and residual energy.This paper summarizes and analyzes the results and deficiencies in the practice of waste heat and energy recovery and utilization of the company.
