摘 要:安家岭露天矿受特殊地质构造影响,炮区含水钻孔剧增,现场施工遇到乳化需求难满足、爆破效率低、成本难控制等不利影响;为了解决钻孔水给爆破带来的不利影响,安家岭露天矿根据钻孔水量以及补给水情况,分别选择相适应的爆破施工对策。实践表明:该套施工对策有效地解决了水孔使用乳化炸药制约生产、炸药单耗难控制、爆破振动大等一些列的不利影响。Anjialing Open-pit Mine is affected by special geological structure, water drilling hole increases sharply, and the on-site construction has encountered adverse effects such as difficult to meet the emulsification demand, low blasting efficiency and difficult to control the cost. In order to solve the adverse impact of drilling water on blasting, the mine selects the corresponding blasting construction countermeasures according to the drilling water volume and make-up water. The practice shows that the set of construction countermeasures effectively solves the adverse effects of the use of emulsion explosives in water holes, such as restricted production, difficult control of explosive unit consumption, large blasting vibration and so on.
