摘  要:目的:对花川保列颗粒提取工艺进行筛选,确定最佳提取工艺。方法:在药效实验的工艺初筛结果基础上,采用正交试验设计法,以制剂中槲皮素总量为考察指标,考察提取溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数4个因素,优选花川保列颗粒的最佳提取工艺。结果:花川保列颗粒60%乙醇提取物的抗菌、抗炎活性优于水提醇沉物;花川保列颗粒的最佳提取工艺为10倍量60%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:本研究建立的提取工艺简单、稳定可行,对花川保列颗粒的工业化生产具有一定的参考价值。Objective The extraction technology of Huachuan Baolie granules was screened to determine the best extraction technology.Methods The total amount of quercetin in the preparation was taken as the comprehensive evaluation indexes,and to investigate the effects of four factors,such as solvent concentration,solvent dosage,extraction time and extraction times by orthogonal design based on the preliminary screening results of pharmacodynamic experiments.Results The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities of 60%ethanol extract of Huachuan Baolei granules were better than that of water-extracted alcohol extract.Conclusions The extraction technology established is simple,stable and feasible,which has certain reference value for the industrial production of Huachuan Baolie Granules.
