摘　　要：王雪峰教授基于“壮火食气,少火生气”理论,探讨了糖皮质激素与少火、壮火的相关性以及激素应用的不同阶段体内阴阳的变化,提出清热益气养阴为治疗儿童难治性肾病的基本治则,辨证施治,组方精练,用药精简,疗效显著。Professor Wang Xuefeng,based on the theory of“Excessive Fire Consuming Qi,Proper Fire Encouraging Qi”,discussed the correlation between glucocorticoid and less fire and strong fire,and the changes of Yin and Yang in different stages of hormone application,and it is suggested that clearing heat,tonifying qi and nourishing Yin is the basic treatment for refractory nephropathy in children,the basic therapeutic principle of evidence-based medicine,formula refined,streamline,curative effect is remarkable.
