易修珍教授治疗气虚湿热型阴疮临床经验

摘　　要：易修珍教授根据其多年妇科临床工作经验,结合妇女生理病理特点以及饮食的变化,认为阴疮之病以本虚标实证最为多见,其中正气亏虚为本,湿热下注为标。治疗上主张扶正与祛邪并用,且应使邪有出路,常运用“固气利湿汤”加减内服配合“妇科如意散”外用治疗阴疮,临床疗效显著。According to her many years of clinical experience in gynaecology,combined with physiological and pathological of women and the change in diet,Professor Yi Xiuzhen thinks that the most common pathogenesis of vulval sore is the deficiency in Qi and enrichment in symptom.The deficiency in Qi is origin while damp-heat is the superficiality.She advocates that we should tonic vital Qiand quell evil to cure patient.And we shoule let evil have a outlet.She usually uses“Guqilishi Decoction”and“Gynaecology Ruyi san”to cure vulval sore and it has a good curative effect on the clinical practice.
