纵切横缝法联合湿润烧伤膏灌注治疗重度肛管直肠狭窄1例报告

摘　　要：给予2020年3月14日昌平区中西医结合医院收治的1例混合痔外剥内扎术后重度肛管直肠狭窄患者在纵切横缝法手术治疗的基础上行湿润烧伤膏灌注治疗。治疗第10天,创面基本愈合,患者出院。出院后继续使用湿润烧伤膏灌注治疗3个月后随访,肛管直肠狭窄未复发,愈后黏膜无明显瘢痕增生。A patient with severe anorectal stenosis after receiving Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy,admitted to Beijing Changping Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on March 14,2020,was treated with perfusion therapy of MEBO following the longitudinal incision and transverse suture.On day 10 of treatment,the wound was healed basically and the patient was discharged from hospital.After discharge,the perfusion therapy of MEBO was continued for 3 months,and the then follow-up found no reoccurrence of anorectal stenosis and no obvious scar hyperplasia on healed mucosa.
