摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是心血管系统的多发病,中医治疗该病有一定优势,基于本病心气阴阳亏虚为本,瘀血、痰浊、水饮聚积为标的病机特点,结合心脾的生理功能和特点,赵英强教授认为脾胃与心衰的发病发展有密切关系,在临证中,从脾胃着手,分期辨证论治慢性心力衰竭,取得了良好临床效果。Chronic heart failure is a frequently-occurring disease of cardiovascular system.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating this disease.Based on the deficiency of yin and yang in the heart,blood stasis,phlegm and turbidness,and accumulation of water,combined with the physiological functions and characteristics of the heart and spleen,Professor ZHAO Yingqiang believes that spleen and stomach are closely related to the development of heart failure.In clinical practice,he recuperates spleen and stomach to treat chronic heart failure by stages,and get good clinical effect.
