摘　　要：《素问·五藏别论》曰:“心肺有病,鼻为之不利。”意为心或肺有病,都会导致鼻的功能出现异常。众所周知,鼻为肺之门户,两者联系紧密,肺病常常在外表现为鼻塞、鼻衄、呼吸不利。但对于心与鼻的紧密联系,常被大家所忽略,甚或有所不解,文章从解剖、经络、生理功能、病理、治疗、西医病证6个方面阐述心与鼻的密切关联,以期探究和还原内经经旨之深刻内涵,为临床鼻病的治疗提供新思路。Plain Questions:Extraordinary Theory of the Five Visceral Manifestation pointed out that if the heart or the lungs are sick,the nose will be dysfunctional.As we know,the nose is the gateway to the lung,and they are closely related.Nasal obstruction,epistaxis and dyspnea are the signs of lung diseases.However,we often ignore or pulzze over the close relationship between the heart and the nose.This paper expounded the affinity between the heart and the nose from six aspects,including anatomy,meridians,physiology,pathology,treatment and some diseases in Western medicine.In order to not noly explore the intension of Huangdi internal classic,but also provide new treatment ideas for clinical therapy to nasal disease.
