摘 要:首先通过高碘酸盐氧化反应制备氧化环糊精,再通过希夫碱反应将其固定在醋酸纤维素/聚乙烯基亚胺共混亲和膜(CA/PEI膜)上,制备出一种吸附胆红素的环糊精(CD)改性CA/PEI膜(CA/PEI-CD膜).通过XPS、SEM、机械性能等测试,探究了改性前后膜表面元素组成、膜结构和膜拉伸强度等的变化,并对CA/PEI-CD膜进行吸附胆红素的应用研究,考察胆红素初始浓度以及血清中白蛋白含量对改性膜吸附量的影响.结果表明,环糊精成功固载,随着胆红素初始浓度的增加,CA/PEI-CD膜的吸附量呈上升趋势,当胆红素初始浓度为0.35 mmol/L时,最大吸附量可以达到80.4μmol/(g膜).但是在真实血清中,因白蛋白以及其他成分的干扰,其胆红素吸附量降低.Oxidized cyclodextrin was prepared by periodate oxidation reaction, and then immobilized on cellulose acetate/polyvinimide blend affinity membrane(CA/PEI membrane) by Schiff base reaction to prepare a cyclodextrin modified CA/PEI membrane(CA/PEI-CD membrane) for bilirubin removal. The changes in membrane surface element composition, membrane structure and membrane tensile strength before and after modification were investigated by XPS, SEM and mechanical properties. The application of CA/PEI-CD membrane in bilirubin adsorption was studied. The effects of initial bilirubin concentration and albumin content in serum on the adsorption capacity of the modified membrane were investigated. The results showed that cyclodextrin(CD) was successfully immobilized. With the increase of the initial concentration of bilirubin, the adsorption capacity of CA/PEI-CD membrane increased. When the initial concentration of bilirubin was 0.35 mmol/L, the maximum adsorption capacity could reach 80.4 μmol/(g membrane). However, in real serum, due to the interference of albumin and other components, the adsorption capacity of bilirubin decreased.
