新时代大学生就业创业指导课程改革与创新探究

摘　　要：随着我国经济快速发展,高校扩招,就业形势越来越严峻。为提高在校大学生的求职技能,各高校纷纷开设就业创业指导课。高校就业创业指导课可以帮助大学生树立良好的就业预期,提高求职技巧,更好地发挥个人能力。但随着时代不断发展,过去的就业指导课教学形势没有跟上时代节奏,许多新技术新方法在教学中没有得到体现和应用,授课内容很多也过于陈旧,与当今的信息时代已很不匹配,得不到学生们的重视。改革适合信息时代的大学生就业创业指导课程已十分必要。就业创业指导课如能在分段教学、翻转课堂、运用慕课平台中,利用互联网技术优势,在提高授课教师水平、增进实践教学环节等方面进行改革与创新,必将能取得不错的教学效果。With the rapid development of China's economy,college enrollment expansion,the employment situation is more and more severe.In order to improve the job-seeking skills of college students,colleges and universities have set up employment guidance courses.College employment and entrepreneurship guidance courses can help college students to set up good employment expectations,improve job-hunting skills,and give better play to their personal abilities.However,with the continuous development of the times,the past teaching situation of career guidance courses did not keep up with the pace of The Times,many new technologies and new methods in teaching have not been reflected and applied,many teaching content is too old,and today's information age has been very mismatched,not students pay attention to.It is necessary to reform the guidance courses for college students'employment and entrepreneurship in the information age.If the employment and entrepreneurship guidance course can be reformed and innovated in the aspects of segmented teaching,flipped classroom,MOOC platform,Internet technology advantage,improvement of teachers'level,and promotion of practical teaching links,it will surely achieve good teaching results.
