摘  要:装配式轨道以工程质量高、现场作业量小等优点逐渐在城市轨道交通中推广应用,但在应用过程中还存在一些问题。为满足粤港澳大湾区速度80~250 km/h轨道交通建设需求,解决既有装配式轨道应用中存在的问题,开展粤港澳大湾区装配式轨道关键技术研究。首先,考虑设计荷载、土建轮廓、供电制式、信号制式、线路条件等因素,将80~250 km/h划分为3个速度等级;其次,采用在轨道板下设置微弹性层、改进曲线地段线形调整方法、研发新型自填充混凝土,对既有装配式轨道进行优化设计,并结合粤港澳大湾区轨道交通特点,提出覆盖速度80~250 km/h的装配式轨道结构体系;最后,通过静载试验、疲劳试验和自填充混凝土灌注及揭板试验,验证技术方案的可靠性。研究成果形成覆盖速度80~250 km/h的高平顺、高绝缘、环保型的装配式轨道关键技术,可为粤港澳大湾区轨道交通建设提供技术指导。Assembled track has been gradually popularized in urban rail transit due to its high engineering quality and small amount of field workload. Meanwhile, there are some problems during the application. In order to meet the needs of the construction of rail transit with the speed of 80~250 km/h in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and solve the problems existed in the application of the assembled track, the research in terms of key technologies of assembled track was carried out. Firstly, the speed from 80~250 km/h was divided into three speed grades considering factors such as the train load, tunnel outline, power supply mode, signaling mode, railway line conditions, etc. Secondly, optimized design on existed assembled track was carried out by setting a miniature elastic layer under the track slab, improving the lineal regulation method in curved sections, and proposing a new kind of self-filled concrete. Considering the characteristics of urban rail transit in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the structure system of assembled track with the speed of 80~250 km/h was proposed. Finally, the reliability of the technical proposed was verified by static load crack resistance test, fatigue test, and self-filled concrete pouring and uncovering test. A kind of high-level, high-insulation, and environmentally-friendly assembly track technology covering the speed of 80~250 km/h was formed so that it could provide technical guidance for the construction of rail transit in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
