摘 要:装配式无砟轨道中间层对无砟轨道结构受力及耐久性影响显著,无砟轨道各层结构刚度不匹配极易引起轨道结构病害产生和发展。针对轨道交通装配式轨道,提出一种微弹性隔离层,通过建立精细化有限元模型,分析微弹性隔离层刚度对轨道结构力学特性的影响,另外,进行隔离层材料试制及耐久性测试等方面工作。研究表明,综合考虑提高装配式轨道平顺性和降低自填充混凝土受力,建议微弹性隔离层面刚度范围为0.05~0.5 N/mm;通过隔离层试制和测试,聚氨酯隔离层刚度在荷载达到一定数值后保持稳定,微弹性隔离层推荐采用聚氨酯材料;依据对聚氨酯减振垫疲劳性能测试,聚氨酯弹性垫的寿命为61.8年,满足无砟轨道结构耐久性要求。The middle layer of assembled ballastless track has significant effects in terms of structural force and durability. The mismatch of structural stiffness of each ballastless track layers may create and trigger track diseases. A micro-elastic isolation layer was proposed for the assembled ballastless track. By establishing a finite element model, the effects of micro-elastic isolation layers on mechanical properties of the track structure were analyzed. In addition to the isolation layer material trial, test and durability testing had been done. The result shows that: to improve the smoothness and reduce self-filled concrete stress of the assembled track comprehensively, the stiffness of micro-elastic isolation layer is recommended within the scope of 0.05~ 0.5 N/mm;According to tests of the isolation layer, polyurethane isolation layer stiffness is stable after the load reaching a certain value, and the micro-elastic isolation layer is recommended to be made of polyurethane material;The service life of the polyurethane elastic pad is expected to be 61.8 years based on the test of fatigue performance of polyurethane damping pads. The service life of the polyurethane elastic pad meets with the durability of the ballastless track structure requirement.
