摘  要:为解决目前城市轨道交通装配式无砟轨道板下填充层采用的自密实砂浆和细石混凝土配合比技术要求高、施工工艺严格、灌注质量不易控制、成本较高等影响推广应用的问题,在既有成熟的高铁自密实混凝土基础上,开展新型自填充混凝土技术研究。通过室内配比试验,研究矿物掺合料、外加剂对自填充混凝土流变性能和抗压、抗折、弹性模量等力学性能的影响;通过现场灌注和揭板试验,验证自填充混凝土各项性能指标。研究结果表明,粉煤灰可改善新型自填充混凝土的流动性,当粉煤灰掺量大于40%时,会出现一定程度泌水,黏聚性变差等现象;当矿粉掺量为20%时,坍落扩展度达到最大,随后逐渐降低;随着粉煤灰和矿粉掺量的增大,抗压强度和抗折强度逐渐降低,而对弹性模型影响较小;减水剂掺量对抗压强度影响较小,最终确定的新型自填充混凝土满足各项性能指标要求,且造价降低20%以上。In order to solve problems of self-compacting mortar used in the ballastless track slab of the urban rail transit, including high technical requirements, strict construction process, difficult of pouring quality control and expensive price, a new self-filling concrete technology was researched based on the mature high-speed rail self-compacting concrete technology. Influences of mineral admixtures and admixtures on the rheological properties, mechanical properties such as compression resistance, flexural resistance and elastic modulus of self-filling concrete were carried out by the mixing test. The performance indicators of self-filling concrete were verified by poured and uncovered concrete tests. The research shows that: fly ash can improve the fluidity of the new self-filling concrete. A certain degree of bleeding and the cohesion will become worse when the content of fly ash is more than 40%;The slump expansion reaches the maximum when the content of slag powder is 20%, and then decreases gradually;The compressive strength and flexural strength decrease gradually with the increase of the content of fly ash and mineral powder, but have little effect on the elastic model;The change of the content of water reducer agent has little effect on the compressive strength;and the self-filling concrete meets the requirements of various performance indicators finally, and the cost is reduced by more than 20%.
