摘　　要：目的:探究耐药性结核病采取利奈唑胺治疗的疗效及对患者T细胞亚群水平影响。方法:选取2019年1—12收治的80例耐药性结核病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组接受常规化疗方案,3HRZE/6HRE,观察组在对照组基础上联合利奈唑胺,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.825,P<0.05),治疗前两组患者T细胞亚群水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.184、7.664、6.039,P<0.05)。结论:耐药性结核病患者采取利奈唑胺治疗整体疗效显著,患者机体免疫调节功能改善显著,整体临床有效率提升。Objective:To explore the effect of linezolid treatment on drug-resistant tuberculosis and its effect on the level of T cell subsets in patients.Methods:A total of 80 recurrent sputum smear positive tuberculosis patients treated from January 2019 to December 2019 in the hospital were selected. According to random number table, they were divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group took 3HRZE/6HRE, and the observation group took linezolid on the basis. The treatment efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%, significantly higher than 82.50% of the control group,the differentce was statistically significant (χ^(2)=7.825,P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of T cell subsets between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3^(+) and CD4^(+) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and CD8^(+) were lower than those in the control group,the differentce was statistically significant (t=14.184, 7.664, 6.039, P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall curative effect of linezolid treatment in patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis is remarkable, the immune regulation function of the patients’body has been improved significantly, and the overall clinical effective rate has been improved.
