中南大学湘雅医学院临床医学八年制培养方案改革探析

摘　　要：我国八年制临床医学教育自2001年试办至今已将近20年,但目前我国对八年制教育还没有形成系统的体系,各个试点高校的八年制培养方案不尽相同。其中,中南大学湘雅医学院从2004年开始试办八年制临床医学教育,其培养方案到目前为止进行了不少改革。就毕业要求来说,从一开始的没有毕业要求,变为发表一篇中文核心期刊文章,再变为发表一篇SCI文章才能毕业,甚至是发表一篇JCR 2区的SCI文章才能毕业,并且八年制学生的毕业论文和正常博士生一起送盲审,在不断提高的毕业要求下许多学生无法按期毕业:12级八年制学生按期毕业率不足25%(扣除出国交流自动延毕的学生),2020年线上盲审得C和D的人数也打破记录。因此,不断提高的毕业要求还需搭配适当的教育改革,让八年制学生有时间和精力去适应、去达标。本文旨在结合中南大学湘雅医学院现行的八年制培养方案,探讨合理的改革方向。It has been nearly 20 years since the eight-year program of clinical medicine education was trial run in 2001.However,there is no systematic system for the eightyear program in China,and the eight-year program of each pilot university is different.Among them,Xiangya School of Medicine of Central South University has been trying to run eight-year program of clinical medicine education since 2004.So far,many reforms have been carried out.As far as graduation requirement is concerned,from no graduation requirement at the beginning to publishing an article in a Chinese core journal,to publishing an article in SCI Journals,or even publishing an article in JCR(Journal Citation Reports)Q2 of SCI Journals.Also,the dissertations of eightyear program students are sent to the blind examination together with normal doctoral students,thus,many students can not graduate on schedule because of the constantly improving graduation requirement.The graduation rate on schedule of students from class 2012 eight-year program is less than 25%(excluding the students who have been automatically postponed for overseas exchange).In 2020,the number of students who got C and D in online blind examination also broke the record.Therefore,the constantly improvement of graduation requirement needs to be matched with appropriate education reform,so that the students have the time and energy to adapt and reach the standard.The purpose of this paper is to explore the reasonable direction of reform in combination with the training program of the eight-year-program students of Xiangya School of Medicine of Central South University.
