摘  要:针对传统体育器材环氧树脂碳纤维复合材料脆性大、耐冲击性能差的问题,提出用真空辅助树脂传递模塑成型工艺(VATRM)制备用于体育器材的纳米二氧化硅改性环氧树脂碳纤维复合材料,借助电子万能试验机和落锤式冲击实验机研究了该复合材料的横向拉伸性能和抗冲击性能。结果表明:当纳米二氧化硅质量分数为1%时,纳米二氧化硅/环氧树脂复合材料的横向拉伸性能最佳,断裂伸长率为0.5%;横向拉伸强度为41.7 MPa,拉伸模量为79.9 GPa,比纯环氧树脂碳纤维复合材料的横向拉伸强度、拉伸模量分别提高124.2%和12.5%。经纳米二氧化硅改性的环氧树脂碳纤维复合材料最大冲击力为2216 N,比纯环氧树脂碳纤维复合材料最大冲击力提高了37.2%左右。Aiming at the problems of high brittleness and poor impact resistance of epoxy resin carbon fiber composites for traditional sports equipment,a nano silica modified epoxy resin carbon fiber composites for sports equipment was prepared by vacuum assisted resin transfer molding(VATRM).The transverse tensile properties and impact resistance of the composite were studied by means of electronic universal testing machine and drop hammer impact testing machine.The results show that the transverse tensile properties of the composites are the best when the mass fraction of nano silica is 1%.At this time,the transverse tensile strength of the composite is 41.7 MPa;The tensile modulus is 79.9 GPa;elongation at break is 0.5%;the tensile strength and modulus are 124.2%and 12.5%higher than those of pure epoxy carbon fiber composites,respectively.The maximum impact force of epoxy resin carbon fiber composite modified by nano silica is 2216 N,which is about 37.2%higher than that of pure epoxy resin carbon fiber composite.
