摘  要:以超支化聚酯(H20)、三乙胺和月桂酰氯为原料,合成烷基改性的超支化聚酯(H20-n);以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和H20-n为原料,合成接枝改性的无氟拒水剂(WPUH20-8)。通过单因素实验优化的合成工艺为:R值[n(NCO)/n(OH)]=1.3,2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和1,4-丁二醇用量分别为5%、2%(对反应物总质量),H20-8作为聚氨酯交联剂,用量为10%(对反应物总质量)。将WPUH20-8整理到涤纶织物上,整理织物的透气率为20.86 mm/s,接触角为128.4°,拒水性能达到90分,具有良好的拒水透气能力。整理织物经过15次水洗后,静态水接触角仍保持在110.6°。Alkyl-modified hyperbranched polyester(H20-n) was synthesized by hyperbranched polyester,triethylamine and lauroyl chloride. Then graft-modified fluorine-free water repellent finishing agents was synthesized by isophorone diisocyanate, polytetrahydrofuran, 2,2-dimethylpropionic acid(DMPA), 1,4-butanediol(BDO) and H20-n. The optimized synthesis process of WPUH20-8 was as follows: R value [n(NCO)/n(OH)]=1.3, the dosages of DMPA and BDO was 5% and 2% respectively(to the total mass of reactant), H20-8 selected as polyurethane crosslinking agent, dosage of 10%(to the total mass of reactant). When WPUH20-8was applied to polyester fabric, the air permeability of the finished fabric was 20.86 mm/s, the contact angle was 128.4°, and the water repellency reached 90 points. The finished fabric had good water repellent and air permeability. After 15 times of water washing, the contact angle of the finished fabric remained 110.6°.
