摘  要:因传统棉织物冷轧堆前处理精练剂含磷高、堆置时间长,采用无磷耐碱精练剂进行复配,并加入双氧水活化剂铜配合物,开发新的棉针织物冷堆工艺。单因素和正交实验得到的优化工艺为:30%双氧水60 g/L,氢氧化钠40 g/L,精练剂24 g/L,活化剂4 g/L,堆置时间6 h。在该条件下处理的半制品白度为81.3%,毛效为14.5 cm/30 min,顶破强力保持率为88.04%。Because the traditional scouring agent for cold pad batch pretreatment of cotton fabric has high phosphorus content and long stacking time, a new cold batch process of cotton knitted fabric is developed by using phosphorus free refined alkali resistant scouring agent and adding hydrogen peroxide activator copper complex. The optimal process obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiments was as follows:30% H2O260 g/L, NaOH 40 g/L, scouring agent 24 g/L, activator 4 g/L, stacking time 6 h. Under the conditions, the whiteness of the treated semi-finished product was 81.3%, the capillary effect was 14.5 cm/30min, and the retention rate of bursting strength was 88.04%.
