基于EDEM的垂直螺旋输送机对餐厨废弃颗粒输送能力的仿真分析

摘　　要：垂直螺旋输送机主要用于餐厨废弃物粉碎压缩脱水后颗粒的提升过程,粉碎压缩脱水处理过的餐厨废弃物颗粒具有一定粘性,这对垂直螺旋输送机的输送能力产生了一定的影响。本文基于EDEM离散元分析软件,以螺旋轴转速和输送机直径为研究变量,研究垂直螺旋输送机对餐厨废弃颗粒的输送能力。结果表明:在输送机结构和进料速度不变的情况下,对于带有粘性的餐厨废弃物颗粒,螺旋轴的转速越高,输送机内的颗粒速度在竖直向上的分量值越大,填充率越小;在输送机进料速度和螺旋轴转速不变的情况下,螺旋轴直径越大,输送机内的颗粒速度在竖直向上的分量越小,填充率越大,颗粒在水平面上的运动越剧烈。The vertical screw conveyor is mainly used for the lifting process of particles after crushing,compression and dehydration of kitchen waste.The particles of kitchen waste treated by crushing,compression and dehydration have a certain viscosity,which has a certain impact on the conveying capacity of the vertical screw conveyor.Based on the software of EDEM discrete element analysis,the paper studies the transport capacity of vertical screw conveyor to waste food particles via taking the rotating speed of screw shaft and the diameter of conveyor as the research variable.The results show that:underthe same conveyor structure and feeding speed,for the kitchen waste particles with viscosity,the higher the rotation speed of the screw shaft,the greater the vertical component value of the particle velocity in the conveyor,and the smaller the filling rate.When the feeding speed and the rotating speed of the screw shaft remain unchanged,the larger the diameter of the screw shaft is,the smaller the vertical component of the particle velocity in the conveyor is;the larger the filling rate is,and the more intense the movement of the particles in the horizontal plane is.
