摘  要:文章采用能量平衡方法计算了在最适经济温度为20.6℃,水力停留时间为15 d,猪粪水固体浓度为7%的条件下,寒区沼气工程的挤塑聚苯板(XPS)、橡塑海绵、聚氯乙烯板(PVC)和聚氨酯保温层的厚度,在此基础上对加热方式的经济性进行了评价。结果表明:在寒区利用XPS作为沼气工程的保温材料是最经济的,当其厚度为50 mm时,沼气工程的最大温降可被控制在0.5℃/d以下;采用燃烧打捆秸秆的生物质锅炉供暖是沼气锅炉加热、生物质锅炉加热、太阳能加热和沼气发电余热回收利用等增温方式中最经济的。The thickness of extruded benzene board(XPS),rubber sponge board,polyvinyl chloride board(PVC)and polyurethane insulation layer of biogas prlants in cold region was calculated using energy balance method under the conditions of the optimal temperature of 20.6℃,hydraulic retention time of 15 days and solid concentration of swine manure water of 7%.Then the economy of different heating modes was evaluated.The results show that XPS was the most economical thermal insulation material for biogas plants in cold area.The temperature drop can be controlled below 0.5℃/d when the thickness of XPS was 50 mm.The bundle direct combustion heating mode was the most economical among biogas hot-water boiler,biomass hot-water boiler,solar energy and biogas power generation waste heat recovery heating modes according to the comprehensive economic evaluation results.
