摘 要:文章提出了一种基于空气源热泵的数据中心能量回收系统,其中空气源热泵蒸发器直接置于数据中心的回风通道中。该系统在提高空气源热泵蒸发温度的同时,降低了机房空调机组的负荷。文章构建了单级压缩空气源热泵模型,结合当地的气象参数,分别采用5种常用工质,研究了能量回收系统的性能随数据中心回风温度的变化规律。结果表明,空气源热泵的COP及能量回收系统的CO;减排量均随回风温度的升高而升高。其中,回风温度每升高1℃,热泵总能耗降低2.6%~2.9%;当回风温度从16℃升高到24℃时,CO;减排率约从20%提高到44%,具有较好的节能减排效果。A data center energy recovery system based on air source heat pump is proposed in this work,in which the evaporator of air source heat pump is directly placed in the return air channel of the data center.This system not only improves the evaporation temperature of air source heat pump,but also reduces the load of air conditioning unit in the data center room.In this work,a single-stage compressed air source heat pump is modeled.Combined with the local meteorological parameters,five kinds of common working fluids are used to study the performance of the energy recovery system along with the return air temperature of the data center.The results show that both the cop of air source heat pump and the CO;emission reduction of the waste heat recovery system increase with the increase of return air temperature.When the return air temperature increases by 1℃,the total energy consumption of the air source heat pump decreases by 2.6%~2.9%;when the return air temperature increases from 16℃to 24℃,the CO;emission reduction rate of the air source heat pump increases from 20%to 44%,which has an obvious energy saving benefit and emission reduction effect.
