摘 要:本研究中对于几种常用的核壳粒子对环氧-酸酐体系性能的影响进行了系统评估。文中首先测试了核壳粒子的粒径大小和分布,并用红外对核壳粒子的化学修饰进行表征;然后将核壳粒子与环氧树脂混合体系进行了刮板实验,了解不同核壳粒子在环氧树脂基体中分散性;并对该体系的初始粘度及粘度的增长展开研究,确认了体系工艺可操作时间。在此基础上对核壳粒子与环氧-酸酐体系浇注体和玻纤灌注层合板的力学性能进行测试,结果表明,核壳粒子尺寸对体系分散性及粘度有极大的影响,直接决定了工艺生产的可操作性和复合材料的力学性能;选择合适大小及种类的核壳粒子能有效的提高环氧-酸酐体系的抗冲击性,有明显的增韧效果。In this study, the effects of several common core-shell particles on the properties of epoxy anhydride system were systematically evaluated. Firstly, the particle size and distribution of core-shell particles were measured,and the chemical modification of core-shell particles was characterized by infrared;Then, the scraper experiment of the mixed system of core-shell particles and epoxy resin was carried out to understand the dispersion of different core-shell particles in epoxy resin matrix;The initial viscosity and viscosity growth of the system were studied, and the process operable time of the system was confirmed. On this basis, the mechanical properties of core-shell particles, epoxy anhydride system castables and glass fiber pouring laminates are tested. The results show that the size of core-shell particles has a great influence on the dispersion and viscosity of the system, which directly determines the operability of process production and the mechanical properties of composites;Choosing appropriate size and type of core-shell particles can effectively improve the impact resistance of epoxy anhydride system and have obvious toughening effect.
