摘 要:本文介绍了X波段1kW固态发射机的整体设计,重点介绍了功率放大模块的设计。固态发射机因其安全性高、可靠性高、工作效率高等特点逐渐替代雷达系统中的传统电真空发射机。目前S波段及以下固态发射机技术已经比较成熟,在C波段及以上频段,固态发射机技术还未大量替代原电真空发射机。该固态发射机工作频段为X波段(10~11GHz),由驱动放大模块、功率分配/合成器、功率放大模块、定向耦合器、环行器等组成。This paper shows the design of solid-state transmitter with output power of 1kW in X-band and it especially introduces the design of the power amplifier module. Solid-state transmitter has advantages in many aspects, such as high security level, high reliability level and high efficiency and so on. These advantages make the solid-state transmitter take the place of electric vacuum transmitter in radar system. Now, below S-band, the technology of the solid-state transmitter is continuing to mature. But in C-band and above, solid-state transmitter have not taken place of electric vacuum transmitter in a large number. This kind of solid-state transmitter works in X-band(10~11GHz) and it consists of driver amplifier module, power divider/combiners, power amplifier module,directional couplers, circulator and other circuits.
