摘  要:提出了一种反激式隔离型高增益DC/DC变换器。该变换器利用反激变压器的变比和开关电容来提高输出电压增益,满足输入输出的电气隔离。开关电容的引入,使得反激变压器副边绕组在开关管闭合时给倍压电容充电,在开关管断开时给负载供电,提高了变压器绕组的利用率,还解决了反激变换器输出二极管与漏感的谐振问题。由于变压器漏感的原因使得所有的二极管都是零电流关断,不存在反向恢复问题。采用有源箝位电路实现了漏感能量的回收再利用,抑制了开关管的电压尖峰,并实现了开关管的零电压开通,提高了变换器的可靠性和效率。最后,分析了所提变换器的工作原理、性能特点,通过与传统有源箝位反激变换器的对比分析,验证了所提变换器的优越性,并通过一台500 W的样机实验验证了理论分析的正确性。A flyback isolated high step-up DC/DC converter is proposed,which uses the ratio of a flyback transformer and a switched capacitor to improve the output voltage gain and meet the electrical isolation of input and output.With the introduction of the switched capacitor,the secondary-side windings of the flyback transformer charge the voltage doubled capacitor when the switch is off while supplying power to load when the switch is on,which improves the utilization rate of transformer windings and solves the resonance problem of output diode and leakage inductor of the flyback converter.Because of the leakage inductor of the transformer,all diodes are turned off with zero current,and there is no reverse recovery problem.An active-clamp circuit is adopted to realize the recovery and reuse of leakage inductor energy,suppress the voltage peak of the switch,and realize the zero-voltage-switching of the switch,thus improving the reliability and efficiency of the converter.Finally,the operating principle and performance characteristics of the proposed converter are analyzed.Compared with the traditional active-clamp flyback converter,the superiority of the proposed converter is verified,and the theoretical analysis is verified by the experimental results of a 500 W prototype.
